Spay and Neuter Today is a 501 (c) (3) nonprofit mobile veterinary clinic that provides low-cost spay and neuter services. Our mission is to reduce animal shelter intake and euthanasia in Eastern North Carolina by providing cat spay and neuter assistance.
Clinics are limited to 2 cats per family or rescue. Feral cats are welcome but clinics will be held on a different date than domestic cats. Please message us for those dates.

We give vaccines at our clinics if your cat is being spayed or neutered. We do not see cats just for vaccines.
Drop off time – 10:30am-11:00am Please have cats name on crate and a towel inside for their comfort.
Pick up time – 4:00pm-4:30pm
